July 19 2024 Kapil made the decision to travel to India with Valentino, wanting to share his heritage and perform Valentino’s Mundan ceremony. However, Camila refused to allow this, despite Kapil’s strong desire to include Valentino in this important cultural experience. As a result, Kapil took the matter to court, and in June 2024, the court approved his request to travel with his son. Prior to this, Kapil had already traveled internationally with Valentino six times, proving his capability as the primary caregiver and his strong bond with his son. Meanwhile, Camila’s involvement with Valentino remained minimal, as her access schedule only allowed her to see him for about 3-4 hours, 3 days a week. This further highlighted the imbalance in their relationship and the significant role Kapil had played in raising Valentino.
Kapil arrived July 19 2024 in India with Valentino with a return date was August 8 2024. Due to Serious medical reasons and on advisement of his doctor Kapil could not return back even though return tickets were rescheduled for September 28.
