Jan 15 2024 Kapil, Valentino, and Camila were preparing to move to the USA, and Kapil’s parents decided to sell their rental property, where Kapil and Valentino had been living. Kapil, with his renovation experience, was in charge of overseeing the work. To focus on the renovations, he asked his parents to care for Valentino for the weekend, while Camila offered to help. After a long day of work, Kapil went to bed exhausted, and Camila seduced him and they were intimate. The next morning, she became aggressive, claiming it was her house, and tried to hit him with a plate. Her behavior escalated, and she began yelling you are a dead dead dead dead. Concerned about Valentino’s return, Kapil left to defuse the situation. Camila escalated her behavior, falsely accusing Kapil of sexual assault and abuse. She also falsely claimed that Kapil hit Valentino regularly. Despite being investigated by child welfare, the case against Kapil was closed with no evidence of abuse. Unfortunately Kapil was charged with Sexual Assault.
She had planned this entire thing to set Kapil up to get me him removed from the home so she could try and take the family’s home by force by filling fake cases against Kapil. Kapil was raising Valentino as a single father for the past 3 years in that home, It is totally disgusting to the lengths Camila has gone to with her lies and deception.
Due to these false charges, Kapil was unfairly barred from traveling to the USA, where his business was thriving the most. Despite the fact that the charges were never convicted, the USA authorities informed Kapil that he would no longer be able to enter the country. This severely impacted his ability to grow his business, as the US market was where it was flourishing the most. The only way Kapil could regain access to the USA was if the charges were dropped, a process in the Canadian court system that could take at least one to one and a half years. This unjust situation not only hindered his business prospects but also caused unnecessary stress and hardship for him.
