Kapil made the decision to travel to India with Valentino, wanting to share his heritage and perform Valentino’s Mundan ceremony. However, Camila refused to allow this, despite Kapil’s strong desire to include Valentino in this important cultural experience. As a result, Kapil took the matter to court, and in June 2024, the court approved his request to travel with his son. Prior to this, Kapil had already traveled internationally with Valentino six times, proving his capability as the primary caregiver and his strong bond with his son. Meanwhile, Camila’s involvement with Valentino remained minimal, as her access schedule only allowed her to see him for about 3-4 hours, 3 days a week. This further highlighted the imbalance in their relationship and the significant role Kapil had played in raising Valentino. Kapil arrived July 19 2024 in India with Valentino with a return date was August 8 2024. Due to Serious medical reasons and on advisement of his doctor Kapil could not return back even though return tickets were rescheduled for September 28.

Kapil longs to return to Canada where he was born and reunite with his family, but Camila has misrepresented facts in court, leading to unjust orders against Kapil and his loved ones. Even today, Kapil continues to endure hardship solely because of Camila’s deceit. May God grant her the wisdom to realize the truth and do what is right.

As Kapil had raised Valentino for the last 3 years as a single parent he thought they could work together for the sake of their child, despite living apart. But what Kapil didn’t expect was that Camila had no interest in this plan from the start. Instead of embracing the opportunity to co-parent, she drastically changed the course of their future, even going so far as to falsely accuse Kapil of serious charges. Now, not only is he barred from entering the USA, but the dream of them living apart while co-parenting Valentino in the USA is also not possible. Such a shame!

Kapil decided to take a family trip as a way to bond and co-parent together. He booked a vacation to the Dominican Republic for himself, Camila, and Valentino. Valentino was thrilled with the idea of the trip, but Camila was upset. She expected things to be different, particularly in terms of their physical relationship. She kept expressing frustration, saying that Kapil was acting like they were just friends and that she wanted him to seduce her. Kapil, however, remained firm in his boundaries. He repeatedly reminded Camila that he wasn’t comfortable with rekindling their physical relationship. His focus was on co-parenting and maintaining a healthy dynamic for the sake of their child, without the pressure of sexual expectations. Despite this, Kapil did agree to pose for a few photos with her, including some where they were kissing, but it was clear that it was just for the sake of maintaining appearances, not an attempt to rekindle their romantic relationship. By the end of the trip they were intimate.
